What are your rights in relation to your data?
You have the right to request access to data, rectification, deletion or limitation of its processing. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, raise objections and exercise other rights regulating the protection of personal data.
What are the legal grounds for processing your data?
Any processing of your data must be based on a proper legal basis in accordance with applicable regulations. The legal basis for the processing of your data to provide services is the necessity to perform contracts for their provision (these contracts are usually regulations or similar documents available in the services you use). In turn, the legal basis for tailoring services and products to your needs, ensuring their safety, and measuring and improving them, is the so-called legitimate interest of the administrator. The processing of your data for the marketing purposes of our clients, including profiling, and for analytical purposes will take place on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you express by selecting the "I agree" button at the end of the text.
In connection with the above, I agree to the processing for identification, verification, marketing purposes, including profiling and analytical purposes, of my personal data collected as part of my use of websites, services and other functionalities of UAB IgoriaX, including those saved in files cookies by UAB IgoriaX and Trusted Partners also after the start of the GDPR (i.e. after May 25, 2018).
